Because of the nature of research compounds, and to protect product integrity, we cannot accept returns of products once an order has shipped.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email info@ascentsciences.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the affected items or refund them to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships by emailing info@ascentsciences.com with your order number.
Orders we cancel
If we cancel an order, for example because a product is unavailable or under our Research Use Agreement, any payment received is refunded in full.
